Terry Maroney

Professor of Law, Vanderbilt University School of Law

After serving seven years on Conexión Américas’ board, including two years as vice-chair, Terry was elected president of the board of directors. Terry is a professor of law at Vanderbilt University Law School, where she became the first Latinx person to be tenured. This Cuban-American trailblazer is also the first LGBT board president in Conexión Américas’ 16-year history.

Dennis Georgatos

Executive Vice President, General Manager for Tennessee Operations at Skanska USA

The son of an immigrant entrepreneur from Greece, Dennis has worked in the design and construction industry for 22 years. He currently serves as Executive Vice President- General Manager for Skanska in Nashville and is responsible for strategic planning, overseeing client relationships, identifying construction project opportunities, and overall oversight of Skanska’s Nashville office.

Alexandra Spredemann

Supply Chain Order Management Supervisor, Cummins Inc.

Alexandra is a native of Colombia. She has more than eleven years of experience in Supply Chain, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate and International Contracts Law, as well as International Tax and Strategic Planning. At Cummins, she provides day-to-day supervision of the International Filtration Business Unit. She investigates, analyzes and leads cross-functional problem-resolution and improvement initiatives with Cummins plants and external customers.

Lathana Jadah Hawkins

Vice President, Business Operations, Ingram Content Group

With Laotian, Thai and Vietnamese roots, Jadah Hawkins emigrated to the US from Vietnam. She serves as Vice President of Business Operations at Ingram Content Group. Jadah is responsible for strategy, business optimization, and operations for Ingram’s Publisher Services Division. Since joining Ingram in 2016, Jadah has integrated Ingram’s newly acquired brands to create a seamless customer and client experience.

Marcelo Prado

North America Business Center Account Services Manager, Caterpillar Financial Services

Marcelo is a Chilean civil engineer with 20 years of experience with Caterpillar Financial in management positions in areas related to Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Portfolio Management. He has worked in analysis, design and construction of engineering projects related to piping, structures and road constructions. He has international business experience across the United States and Latin America, especially in Chile, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Mexico and Brazil.
