  • The Orgullo Hispano (Hispanic Pride) Award, given to outstanding community volunteers, activists and unsung heroes

El Cafecito

A Cup of Coffee for Conexión Américas, or el cafecito, is our annual fundraising breakfast. Each year, we showcase program participants and their successes and introduce Rumba Roast to a wide audience during a fun and inspiring morning event.

Common Grounds

Conexión Américas hosts a morning open house we call Common Grounds every six weeks.

Friends and supporters are welcome at the Conexión Américas offices from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. to share a cup of Rumba Roast, mingle and listen to quick, informal presentations on things such as our programs and community news and national trends.
