Nothing says comfort and community like a piece of homemade bread. Add beer to the batter and you’ve got the recipe for a flourishing enterprise.

We’re proud to share space with Veronica and Jordan Hawbaker, co-owners of Soberdough. They were featured a Tennessean article on March 16, 2014 about their business of baking bread with beer.

Soberdough, operated by this mother-son duo out of Mesa Komal and the Global Education Center studio, offers bread mix in six flavors including “Green Chile Cheddar” and this month’s favorite, “Buffalovin’ Wing.”
