A Cup of Coffee for Conexión Américas, or Cafecito, is our annual fundraising breakfast. Each year, we showcase program participants and their successes to a wide audience during a fun and inspiring morning event.

Hispanic Heritage Month
Conexión Américas celebrates the presence, contributions and rich cultural heritage of Latinos in Tennessee each year during a series of events in the community.
The activities include:
- A fiesta of music, food and dancing for friends and supporters
- An annual “My Hispanic Roots, My American Dream” Essay Contest for Latino high school students
- The Orgullo Hispano (Hispanic Pride) Award, given to outstanding community volunteers, activists and unsung heroes
