We are seeking a DSD Manager to lead and scale our route sales and delivery operations. This role is responsible for overseeing DSD Sales Representatives and Drivers, ensuring strong execution across sales, delivery, customer service, and operational performance.
You will own route performance, team accountability, and market expansion, driving both revenue growth and operational efficiency across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead, coach, and develop DSD Sales Representatives and Drivers
-Drive route performance, including sales growth, service levels, and execution standards
-Monitor and enforce KPIs such as route completion, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and safety
-Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets
-Oversee route planning, territory optimization, and workload distribution
-Ensure accurate inventory management, settlements, and cash handling processes
-Partner with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to improve operational flow
-Address customer escalations and ensure strong relationship management
-Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Experience & Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in DSD, route sales, or food and beverage distribution
-1+ years of leadership or team management experience
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-Experience managing route-based operations and field teams
-Strong understanding of inventory, delivery, and settlement processes
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
-Valid driver’s license required
Work Environment & Schedule
-Field-based leadership role with regular travel across routes and accounts
-Combination of on-route support, warehouse coordination, and customer visits
-Schedule may include early mornings, weekends, and extended hours based on business needs
Physical Requirements
-Ability to support field operations, including occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
-Active role requiring standing, walking, and on-site presence
